Parent Agreement

This agreement is between you (the parent or legal guardian) and Kwikly. It sits alongside our Terms of Use and Child Safety Rules.

1. You are in charge

You confirm you are 18 or older and the parent or legal guardian of each child you add.
You create and control your child's access. Your child does not get their own account.
You agree to supervise your child's use of Kwikly in a way that fits their age.

2. Consent for messaging

A tutor can only message your child in a conversation where you turn on consent. You can turn it off at any time.
You can read every message in your child's conversations.
If you give your child a student access link or code, keep it private and turn it off when it is no longer needed.

3. Your child's information

We only ask for your child's first name, grade, country and learning goals. Please do not share more than that with tutors, and never share your child's contact details, school name or home address.

4. Choosing a tutor

Tutors are independent. We review their applications by hand and mark what we have verified on each profile. We do not run criminal background checks unless a profile shows a Background check badge with provider and date. Please use your own judgment and stay involved.

5. Keep it on Kwikly

All messages with tutors stay on Kwikly. Our system hides contact details and flags attempts to move elsewhere.
Non-circumvention: for 12 months after you last message a tutor through Kwikly, you agree not to hire that tutor for paid lessons outside Kwikly unless we agree to it in writing first. If you want to continue privately, just contact us and we will work out something fair.

6. Payments and refunds

You pay for lessons and homework help through Kwikly. Please never pay a tutor directly.
Cancel a lesson at least 24 hours before it starts for a full refund. Later cancellations are not refunded. If the tutor cancels or does not show up, you are refunded in full.
Homework plans renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account; you keep the questions you have left.
If a homework question is not answered within the promised time, we return your credit or refund you.

6a. Lessons and homework

You may join any of your child's lessons at any time. Please make sure your child takes lessons in a shared space at home.
Homework help is for understanding. Please do not send questions from tests or graded work your child must do alone.

7. Respect

Treat tutors with courtesy. Give honest feedback. Tell us about any concern, big or small, at support@theraydengroup.com.

8. Ending this agreement

You can close your account at any time by emailing support@theraydengroup.com. We can pause or close accounts that break this agreement or our rules. Section 5 continues after you leave.
