Child safety first
Your child is never alone with a stranger online
Children do not sign up on their own. Tutors cannot start conversations with students, and they can only message your child after you give consent.

Good to know
How much does it cost?
Applying is free. Each tutor sets their own hourly rate, shown on their profile. You pay for a lesson once the tutor accepts it, by card, PayPal, or mobile money (MoMo). Tutors are paid at the end of each month, only for lessons actually delivered, so you never pay for teaching you did not receive. Homework help is paid per question or with a monthly plan.
Are tutors background checked?
We review every tutor by hand, including government ID and credentials where provided. A tutor only shows a "Background check" badge if a real check was completed, with the provider and date listed.
Do you assign a tutor or do I choose?
You choose. Browse tutor profiles, qualifications and reviews from other families, then message or book the one you like. If you would rather we pick, ask us and we will suggest two or three matches.
Can my child sign up?
No. Parents and guardians create the account. You can add your children and, if you choose, give each one a private student link to join conversations you approve.
We live in the UK. Can a tutor in Ghana teach my child?
Yes. Profiles show each tutor's country and time zone, so you can find someone whose hours fit yours.
What if we need to cancel a lesson?
Cancel at least 24 hours before the lesson for a full refund. If the tutor cancels, you are always refunded in full.
Which exams do you support?
SAT, PSAT, WASSCE and BECE, Ghana SHS classes, college and university courses, plus general school support in maths, English and the sciences. We also offer Twi lessons for children who want to speak, read and write the language.
